Before you start throwing tags around, make sure you're looking in the right neighborhood. Just select the country you want to scout from the menu, and the AI will filter the database to show you only the locations from that specific region. (Quick heads-up: at the time of writing this guide, only Georgia and Bulgaria are open for visual scouting, but more countries will be unlocked soon!)
