The cap of the rebate is set at 1 Million Euro per project.
Applications are reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Feature film over 70 minutes
Documentary film over 60 minutes or documentary series with each episode over 40 minutes
Animation film or animation series with total length of 24 minutes
Film for television or OTT platforms over 70 minutes, or series with each episode over 40 minutes
NO TV COMMERCIALS

What kind of percentage:
25% of Qualifying Serbian Spend for features, TV Series, documentaries, animation and post-production
20% for TV Commercials
30% for feature films with Serbian Spend of minimum 5.000.000 EUR

Project types:
Feature film, TV film, feature-length documentary film and animated film intended for broadcasting, that last at least 70 minutes
TV series containing at least three episodes not shorter than 40 minutes;
Documentary programmes not shorter that 40 minutes
TV Commercials
Post-production or VFX for any of the abovementioned formats

Budget requirements (minimal local spent):
Feature films, TV films and TV series: 300.000 EUR (~$331.000), with 150.000 EUR minimum per episode for TV series
Animated film, audio and/or visual post-production: 150.000 EUR (~$166.000)
Special-purpose film/TV Commercials: 150.000 EUR (~$166.000)
Documentary films: 50.000 EUR (~$55.000)

What kind of percentage:
20% cash rebate as soon as spending in Georgia is finished and audit is completed. Additional 2-5% Cash Rebate after the release of the film.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Applicant Company must be Georgian Legal Entity
2. Eligible content: Feature film, TV series or mini-series (pilot episodes are eligible), Animation, Documentary Film
3. At least 50% of the total Georgia production budget must be raised at the time of the application.

Budget requirements (minimal local spent):
Feature films, TV series and Mini series: 500.000 GEL (~$162.000), At least 1 country outside of Georgia;
Documentary: 300.000 GEL (~$97.000), At least 1 country outside of Georgia;
Animation: 100.000 GEL (~$33.000), At least 1 country outside of Georgia.
