GUEST CATERING

PREP

When the project is confirmed, the Guest caterer checks with the PA if there is enough disposable tableware and buys more in advance if needed.
The day before the shoot, the Guest caterer comes to the office to pack all the necessary items and equipment. PA helps with delivery on set.

- Large clear plastic cups with lids and straws for iced drinks in summer period
- Small clear plastic cups with lids for fruit and nuts
- Paper sleeves for hot sandwiches
- Small deep cardboard bowls with lids for snacks
- Napkins & Napkin's holder (NOT PLASTIC)
- Dry and wet wipes
- Coffee machine (should only be transported in soft bags!!!)
- Juice press

- Cutting board, knives, bottle opener, corkscrew, etc

One day before the shoot, the Guest caterer buys all the food and drinks. Drinks and products that can be stored can be purchased in advance, but fruit must always be fresh. Everything (food, drinks, equipment etc) should be neatly stored and transported in boxes (not bags or plastic bags).

ON SET

Once arrived on a location, guest catering should make sure if clients tables are set up, where they are located and whether their location will be changed throughout the day. It can be checked with set admins or PA.

Also, once tables are set up, it is important to make sure that there is a clean tablecloth without any dust. The Guest caterer is responsible for keeping the table clean throughout the day, wiping it down, removing empty glasses, and clearing any rubbish - Director's table, DIT, Client & Agency tables. Food and drinks are always refreshed.

PA is responsible to warn Guest caterer about Director's & Client/Agency tables move to another location, Guest caterer should wait with empty box ready to move

It is important to check that the drinks on the tables are cold and that the fridge is connected (if there are any problems with the connection, please contact the Administration).

IMPORTANT!! Always have ice on set during summer period (order through the admin team 1 day before so that it is available at the catering).
